These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Amino mobile application and related services (the "Services") operated by Nur Hersi ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using Amino, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Amino. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Amino is not intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly accept users under 18.
2. Description of Service
Amino is a personal tracking and informational tool for adults managing peptide and GLP-1 protocols. The Services allow you to log doses, track inventory, monitor bloodwork trends, view pharmacokinetic concentration estimates, and reference educational information about compounds.
Amino is for tracking, informational, and educational purposes only. Amino:
Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Does not recommend specific compounds, doses, schedules, or treatment protocols.
Does not facilitate the purchase, sale, or acquisition of any substances.
Is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about your health, including the compounds you choose to use and the protocols you follow. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any treatment.
3. Account Registration
To use Amino, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your password.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Amino offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.
Subscription terms
Amino Pro Monthly — billed every month at the then-current price.
Amino Pro Yearly — billed every year at the then-current price.
Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store.
Free trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a 5-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless auto-renewal is turned off.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
Payment processing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their original price unless they cancel or change tiers. New pricing applies only to new subscriptions and renewals after notice and consent as required by Apple's policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Amino.
Use the Services to harm, harass, threaten, or defraud others.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Amino ("User Content"), including dose logs, bloodwork entries, photos, and notes.
By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Services to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your User Content. Amino does not verify the accuracy of compound information, dose amounts, or other data you enter.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Amino, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements (collectively, the "App Content"), are owned by Nur Hersi or licensed third parties and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the App Content solely for personal, non-commercial use within the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
8. AI-Powered Features
Amino includes features that use artificial intelligence to analyze your data and provide informational responses, including bloodwork analysis, symptom correlation, and an AI assistant chat.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical decisions.
9. Third-Party Services
Amino integrates with third-party services including Apple Health and Apple's App Store. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
AMINO IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES FOR MEDICAL DECISION-MAKING.
YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALL DECISIONS REGARDING YOUR HEALTH ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND SHOULD BE MADE IN CONSULTATION WITH A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nur Hersi, our affiliates, and our service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Your User Content.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it within the app or by emailing support@aminotracker.com.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6 (User Content), 7 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law).
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you certain protections under local law, nothing in this Section limits those protections.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. General Provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a business transfer.
