Email support

Account & app access

How do I sign in to an existing account?

Choose Sign in on Amino’s welcome screen. Use the same method you originally used: Apple, Google or email and password. You do not need to go through onboarding again.

If you cannot get back in, email support@aminotracker.com with your account email and sign-in method.

What if setup will not save?

Update Amino from the App Store and check your internet connection. If the app asks you to Sign in to finish saving, sign back in to the same account. Other recovery options may include Retry saving, Review setup or Finish setup later, depending on where you are in setup.

If the problem continues, send support the exact message and a screenshot. Keep the app installed while we help you so that any setup saved on your device stays available.

How do I report a bug or share an idea?

Open Account → About Amino → Send feedback in the app. If you cannot get into the app, email support@aminotracker.com instead.

Subscriptions & billing

I paid, but my subscription is not showing. What should I do?

Check that you are signed in to your existing Amino account and that your device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. In Amino, open Account → Restore purchases. A Restore option is also available on the subscription screen.

If access still does not appear, contact support with the error message and your Apple receipt. Hide billing details that are not relevant. Apple’s purchase-restoration guide has more troubleshooting steps.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

In Amino, choose Account → Manage subscription when shown. You can also open your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Amino and manage the subscription there.

Deleting Amino or deleting your Amino account does not cancel your Apple subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.

How do I request a refund?

For a purchase billed through Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews eligibility and handles the refund. Read Apple’s refund instructions.

Your records & privacy

Can I export my records?

Open Account → Records & Data. Choose Export all data for the app’s JSON export, or Export dose logs for a CSV file. Then use the share sheet to save or share the file.

For a broader personal-data request or help with an export, email privacy@aminotracker.com.

How do I delete my account?

Open Amino’s Account tab, find Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. This is a permanent account-deletion action. Export any records you want to keep first.

If you cannot access your account, email privacy@aminotracker.com for help. Cancel any active Apple subscription separately. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion.

How do I manage Apple Health access?

Find Apple Health in Amino’s Account tab to begin connecting supported health data. Your iPhone controls the permissions you grant. To review or withdraw access, use Apple Health or your iPhone’s privacy settings.

Using Amino

What should I include when I contact support?

Your account email and sign-in method, iPhone model, iOS version and Amino version help us investigate. The app version is in Account → About Amino. Describe what you were trying to do and include the exact error message or a screenshot if useful.

Hide unrelated personal information. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

Does Amino recommend what to take or how much?

No. Amino helps you organize records, log your routine and visualize values you enter. It does not recommend compounds, doses or treatment plans. Questions about your treatment belong with a qualified healthcare professional.

Why is the App Store link not opening inside TikTok?

On the Amino download page, tap Download Amino. If the in-app browser still does not open the App Store, use its menu to open the page in Safari, or search for Amino in the App Store.
